Really nice notebook for daily planning or bullet journaling. Appreciate the hourly timeline, page numbers, and the subtle lines on each page marking halfway points on the grid.
I love this notebook! Tomoe River paper with minimalistic design and numbered pages - it's perfect for how I journal. The soft vinyl-like cover is a nice upgrade to the cardstock covers found on the other Tomoe River notebooks I've used in the past. I love that it comes in several colors too. I'm looking to getting the A6 when it becomes available.
I had to write a review to counteract the frankly ridiculous 1-star review below. I absolutely love my notebook and planner. This is my first time planning in a B6 and I really love the paper in the Wonderland planner. I like that the grid is dark enough to see clearly but doesn't interfere with the look of the planner at all. Shipping was super quick and the team is very open to ideas. Couldn't recommend this more!
My first experiment with Tomoe Paper. I like that it has so many pages, as a true diary should and compensates the fact I wanted an A4 size. Grid is a comfortable size for me to practice calligraphy. Getting used to the thinness of the paper takes time, now the quality of the paper is unique! I have yet to encounter a paper where fountain pen inks become the main character! I am fascinated by how each ink I use shows to perfection their attributes in color, shading, sheen and shimmer. This IS the paper for inks to show off.
Now, be warned that there is some ghosting and that many inks might take too long to dry!
I love the notebook as it is soft bound, not heavy, stitched???? and opens flat. I love it being bright white as inks show much better than white paper.
It is a great notebook for journaling and for those who love to admire fountain pen ink qualities.
I took a risk and purchased only because Nanami doesn't ship to my country currently and I hoped it would look better in person than in the photos. But design-wise, it's a pretty disappointing notebook and I would return if I had the option.
The logo is garish and massive; it ruins the outside look of the notebook and makes me reluctant to use it until I can find a nice way to cover it. The inside cover is the brightest white, cold and painful to look at, and it cheapens the look of the notebook. A nice cream that most companies use would have been nicer. The copyright is right at the bottom of the first page instead of on the back cover where it is visible but wouldn't interfere with my use of the journal. The font they chose is easy to read but it's really ugly and they used it for the page numbers as well, so that's another thing I have to edit out as I use it. I also don't like how they started the numbered pages on the backside of the index. Probably things I'm just picky about, and the paper itself is quality, but I'll probably just throw it in my closet and look for a different tomoe river notebook to use instead.
An absolutely perfect notebook, I purchased the midnight sky and the paper is soooooo smooth and light yet holds up to all the gel pens and fountain pens I use. The cover feels lovely too. I’ve finally found my unicorn planner ???????? Wonderland customer service is exceptional too, all in all a great company and I’m already planning (no pun intended????) on purchasing the new dawn and twilight forest versions. So a big thank you to you fab people at wonderland222, you have a customer for life ????
I LOVE the quality of this notebook! The cover is so soft and flexible and the paper is amazing! I love all of the space and the 24 hour timeline.
