We wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that we are in unusual times around the globe during this pandemic and this effects many parts of our daily lives.   Fortunately, Wonderland 222 is able to remain open and operate normal business hours. Unfortunately, some aspects of our process are effected by the pandemic, one being shipping.  

Please keep in mind, orders received before 3:30pm PST (15:30) are shipped the same day; otherwise, they ship the next morning excluding Sundays. Domestic US mail is seeing delays in every class of mail.   If you purchase media mail, the cheapest rate, it usually takes longer in transit even before COVID delays.   For international customers, in general, transit time has increased the most.   We are seeing packages sit in processing centers / customs for a bit before going out. 

We can understand the frustration that it is taking more time than normal to get these orders in your hands.  Wonderland 222 is a small business trying to make its mark in the planner and notebook world during outrageous times.  We are working hard to provide quality books and quality customer service while dealing with the longer shipping times. We are reaching out asking for your patience during this time.
