International Tracking

Wonderland 222 does not levy these fees. Wonderland 222 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. Fees vary per country.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to pick up a package from the carrier.

If a package is returned to us and the customer would like the package resent, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

If the customer does not want the package resent and the package is returned to us unopened, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping. The $5 restocking fee will be waived for unopened returned-to-sender packages.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Also, note which email was used at time of purchase as that is the email address that will receive the shipping notification.

It is almost perfect. The only thing I didn’t like is that the cover is much thinner than the undated b6 core I was used to which lead to creasing it when I put the clear cover on. The thing that bothers me is that the monthly trackers are not in the same direction as the rest of the planner. I don’t like to rotate my planner but washi tape helped to hide the top banners so I can use those pages for something else.
