Refund policy

Returns
Requests for returns must be submitted no later than 15 days after receipt of product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Shipping Return Items

If the return is approved, we will provide necessary shipping information and instructions needed to process the return. The items must be packaged and protected for return shipping.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or an error was made by Wonderland 222 with the original order.

Damaged Items

Photo evidence of packaging, packing slip and items must be submitted to support@wonderland222.com no later than 15 days after delivery.  Refunds are approved on a case by case basis.  A determination must be made if the damage is from production or damage that occurred during shipping.  NOTE:  We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.  If items were damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping courier.   We may require the damaged items be returned, in which a prepaid shipping label will be provided to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once the return is received and inspected, a notification will be sent to the customer indicating the returned item was received and approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Credits may take 3-5 business days or more depending on the financial institution. The cost of original shipping will be excluded from the refund and a $5.00 restock fee will be applied. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account then your credit card company or financial institution.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Dated planners marked 50% off or greater are FINAL Sales and will not be refunded.

Sale pricing applies only to orders placed during the sale dates. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively to orders placed before the sale.

PRE-ORDERS 
Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded in full before they have shipped. 

Return/Refund Policy for (BOGO) Promotions

       1.     Full Returns of the Purchased Item

              If you wish to return the purchased item, the free item must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

              Returns will only be processed if both items are returned together.

       2.     Partial Returns

              If only the purchased item is returned without the free item, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail price of the free item from your refund.

          •   In the case of a Buy Multiples Get One Free Promos,  if only one of the required purchases is returned, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount of the main item returned. 

       4.     Damaged or Defective Items

              If either the purchased or free item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for the defective item(s).

       5.     Non-Returnable Items

              Any items that are marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, even during a BOGO promotion.

ATTENTION DISCLAIMER: Ink shipped during winter
 If ordering ink during the winter months, do not leave package exposed longterm in freezing temps.  The inks can freeze and bottles break.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your ink purchase if bottles burst in freezing temps.
