Wow, this pen is so smooth! I’m a fountain pen novice and am only able to compare to my Lamy Safari and a couple of uncommon brands. But this pen just floats on the Tomoe River paper in the Wonderland 222 products. It’s a very attractive pen, well-balanced, works nicely with my Diamine ink, and cheap! Not as thick as a Lamy, so would probably fit in a journal pen holder more easily. Will become my default pen!
The Wonderland 222 ink pen is a beauty to behold. The style of this pen was well thought out with the perfect grip for my hand. The filling converter is a plunger type with a good fill on my first try. And the pen writes smooth right out of the box. So far have tried this pen on Tomoe River paper, Rhodia and Lemone paper as well as cheap notebook paper and there is no bleedthrough on any of them. The cap has a secure click when closingand the slim profile makes it easy to hold. Overall, this is a great pen for the price!
