International Tracking

International tracking visibility may vary by country and carrier. Some USPS international packages may stop updating once they leave the United States or enter the destination country’s postal system.

Import Duties, Taxes, Fees & VAT

Wonderland 222 does not levy these fees. Wonderland 222 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. Fees vary per country.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to pick up a package from the carrier.

If a package is returned to us and the customer would like the package resent, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

If the customer does not want the package resent and the package is returned to us unopened, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping. The $5 restocking fee will be waived for unopened returned-to-sender packages.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Also, note which email was used at time of purchase as that is the email address that will receive the shipping notification.

I've spent years looking online for a planner comprehensive enough to organize both my personal and professional life, and the Wonderland 222 A5 All-in-One with Stacked Weekends is the first one that truly works for me. My job involves frequent travel, facility inspections, meetings, reports, deadlines, reservations, expenses, phone calls, and follow-ups, and this planner gives me a place for all of it. I love being able to see major events on the quarterly layouts, schedule appointments and meetings on the monthly layouts, and tasks in the weekly sections, and use the daily pages for meeting notes, phone calls, updates, and ideas. I can easily go back weeks or months later and find what I need. The blank page before and after each month and the Tracker pages are also incredibly useful, and the paper itself is such a pleasure to write on. What I didn't expect was how much this planner would help reduce my anxiety. My work can move very quickly, with information coming from many different people and places, and physically writing things down helps slow my thoughts and gets everything out of my head and onto paper. It gives me a sense of control without feeling rigid, and I genuinely enjoy sitting down to plan, take notes, or work through an idea. It has become much more than a calendar—it's where I organize my work, travel, personal life, and thoughts. After years of searching, I finally found my planner.
