International Tracking

International tracking visibility may vary by country and carrier. Some USPS international packages may stop updating once they leave the United States or enter the destination country’s postal system.

Import Duties, Taxes, Fees & VAT

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Wonderland 222 does not levy these fees. Wonderland 222 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. Fees vary per country.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to pick up a package from the carrier.

If a package is returned to us and the customer would like the package resent, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

If the customer does not want the package resent and the package is returned to us unopened, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping. The $5 restocking fee will be waived for unopened returned-to-sender packages.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Worth every penny, the A6 size fits in my phone bag but the Tomoe River 52gsm is thin but can still stand up to both Platinum Carbon Black and Tsukineko Galaxy Gold stamp pad without any bleedthrough or even significant showthrough, it can even carry a brass clip bookmark without even the *suggestion* it's going to tear! This paper is the stuff. Also I just realized if you put some stickers on they'd last the duration of the book under the clear-cover? If you like to travel but still use ink that would eat most western paper alive this is perhaps the best journal you can buy. Keep making this, please!
